蓄热式热氧化炉(RTO)是一种运行能耗低、去除率很高的中低浓度有机废气治理设备。与传统的催化燃烧、直燃式热氧化炉(TO)相比，具有热效率高、运行成本低、能处理大风量低浓度废气等特点。

技术原理：
将有机废气加热到高温条件后被氧化分解，达到处理净化废气污染物的环保要求，所产生的余热通过蓄热体的蓄热功能再次利用从而大幅减少废气加热所需要的燃料消耗。
The principle of the technology is that theorganic waste gas is heated to high temperature conditions and then oxidizedand decomposed to meet the environmental protection requirements of thetreatment and purification of waste gas pollutants, and the generated wasteheat is reused through the heat storage function of the heat storage body,thereby greatly reducing the fuel consumption required for the heating of thewaste gas.

处理废气含苯系物、酚类、醛类、酮类、醚类、酯类等有机成分应用千石油、化工、新材料、涂装、橡胶、制药、印刷、包装、农药、半导体生产行业等。有机废气浓度在300PPM到SOOOPPM之间。RTO热效率达到95%～99％以上，且考虑余热的综合利用。
The waste gas containing benzene series, phenols, aldehydes,ketones, ethers, esters and other organic components used in petroleum,chemical industry, new materials, coating, rubber, pharmaceutical, printing,packaging, pesticides, semiconductor production industries, etc. Theconcentration of organic gas is between 300PPM and 5,000 PPM.
The thermal efficiency of RTO reaches 95%~99% ormore, and the comprehensive utilization of waste heat included.
